Hi all, Ubreakifix completed Julie’s computer over the weekend, and due to our business hours, I wasn’t able to pick it up until yesterday afternoon. We got Julie logged in, and everything seems to be working great! Moving forward, I highly recommend using Ubreakifix for any tech fixes like this, rather than Best Buy.
