Peet, we had to reboot my Xerox Iridesse Fiery Server (Not the Dell I work off of) and now it won't let me log into the machine. Can't sign in with this credential because the domain is not available. This is with the usual sign-in options I normally use here. I think we've seen this happen before? I signed in on this one without any issues. Only one DNS server was set for the computer, so I wonder if 10.1.1.20 was temporarily unavailable. I added 10.1.1.25 (the other dns server) just in case. Cheers.Peet

It was good for awhile this morning but then the Fiery Server froze again. When I rebooted it, I get the domain/credential message and am unable to sign in. I can see that the ethernet is disconnected from the switch. Can you check the ethernet cable connecting it to the network? There are a few interfaces in that computer, but one *should* be running to the wall and that would be it. The device has no Network/Internet currently. Please restart it again from the login screen ...??? Then we'll see where to go.

Interesting. I check both ends of the ethernet cable. Definitely plugged in/doesn't appear to be broken but I reseated both ends just in case. Restarted and same login message. Hmmm. I can see now why it's offline ... there's an ethernet loop being detected somewhere. Can you send some pictures of where the cable from the wall goes? (either email here or SMS to 406.880.8810). If I can see the issue great, if not, I'll come by. Peet

Holy crap this device is a special level of hell. This is one of those moments where I'm feeling not incredibly bright, but did finally get there. The computer DH01GZC3 has a miniscule 4GB of memory. The drive is being hammered whenever it's doing anything that requires Virtual Memory Swap space (which is all the time). I've ordered an NVME ssd and a 32GB memory kit. When they come in, I'll drop them into the computer and it should be a night and day difference. Cheers.Peet

Hi Peet, The DH01GZC3 computer is running great! But Windows is still not able to activate. No rush here, I'm running some big jobs today and there have been no issues using it.
