Hi Peet, I wanted to share a few things with you and ask a few questions! First, it has been a pleasure working with you. I want to let you know that I will be ending my position at MEP as of the 21st. I am trying to get a few things completed before I head out and simplify as many processes as possible. - Is there a way to convert a pdf into an excel spreadsheet? I have found a few options through a quick google search, but the formatting is an issue. It converts everything, and it would take some time to go in and properly format it. Is there a way to convert this and only have a certain amount of data converted? For reference, we are using this for our credit card statements, and it would be ideal to be able to convert each individual transactions to an individual spreadsheet, but they all come on one page. LMK if you have any possible ideas about this. - Do we have an MEP admin email? It would be great to have one that we could have subscription emails go to as well as to be able to create a calendar. Let me know if we have one or if we can create one! I think that is all for now, thank you! -- Keeza Leavens Office Coordinator Missoula Economic Partnership (406)541–6461 [email protected] https://www.missoulapartnership.com/ 500 N Higgins Ave, Missoula, MT 59802

Converting PDF's to Excel is always a messy process, but there are apps that can do it. The issue is the formatting will be messy unless there is very clear delineation between data. If the data isn't private a free ai tool like this one *could* do an okay job https://app.formulabot.com/ai-tools/pdf-to-excel-converter I see that you've created an M365 group with the email [email protected]. I've updated the naming of the group to be MEP Office and added the existing email [email protected] as an alias. That group/shared mailbox is perfect for a front-office account. Cheers.Peet
