My email is flagging everything from outside of zootownarts.org as suspicious and prompting me to block the sender. Obviously, we get lots of emails from others outside of the ZACC. Is there any way to turn this new 'feature' off?

I'm not 100% sure I'm on the same page regarding "suspicious" flags. Are you describing the "External" tag in the Outlook client (Web/iOS/Android/macOS/Windows)? See below:
