Hello Peet,

I'm Jen Hickes, the Development & Marketing Director for the ZACC, and I've cc'd Sarah Justice, the ZACC's new ED. We welcomed her to the organization late last year. Heather is out of the office for a couple months, and she's actually out of the country right now. We need your help to have Heather's emails forwarded to Sarah until Heather returns.

Our urgency is because the ZACC's web domain expired, and Heather is the sole point of contact for our domain host. Any information/access to renew our domain is being directed to her email account.

Any chance you can help with this request this afternoon? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Jen,

Just spoke with Sarah. I caught your email around 2:20 and resolved the issue for the ZACC shortly after. The domain's been renewed for another year and ensured that auto renew is enabled for the domain. The Domain looks like it's been re-pointed to your domain name servers, but it may take some time before all cached DNS is cleared.

If you need anything else while Heather is gone, please shoot an email to [email protected].
