Sorry for the previous email. Crazy enough, there's no way to start a ticket while adding an attachment. Normally I start it without emailing any content but I fat-fingered... I can't seem to find the ACH payment for Invoice 3414. Could you verify that it was sent? Thanks! Peet

Fantastic. Thank you Liz. I had 3414's payment linked to 3431... and 3454's payment linked to 3431. It took me a little bit to unpack, but what seems to have happened is that at some point your payments have slipped from in advance to in arrears. Invoice 3454 sent 12-21-24, is for January 2025, and Invoice 3470 sent 01-21-25 is for February 2025. I've triple checked that I don't have a Veem payment for 3454 and the last email notification I had from Veem was for 3431 (December 2024) on 01.09.25. Does that track with your records? Cheers.Peet

Hi Peet, Sorry busy January, I do have 3454, 3484 and 3470 in Veem for payment, waiting on Marks approval but it should be heading your way here soon.
