Hi Peet, Thanks for coming by to fix our internet etc. yesterday. Sorry I missed saying hello. We're going to be working with Justin Angle to do a brand audit this year. Can you help me ensure that he has access to this folder, and everything I put in it? [[embedded image]2025 Brand Audit - Justin Angle](https://fvlt.sharepoint.com/:f:/s/OutreachandEducation/EnUDm8MUbNRJs3RC8HVsHNsBuh_2k_EXs-QNZcgbjB-rHQ?e=fwFgiM) I've already shared it with his [email protected] email address but want to make sure it's set up properly so we can use it throughout the year. For reference, it's located at SharePoint - Outreach & Education > Brand, Letterhead & Logos > 2025 Brand Audit-Justin Angle Thanks for your help, Lena -- Lena Viall Conservation and Communications Manager Five Valleys Land Trust 120 Hickory Street, Suite B, Missoula, MT 59801 W: [fvlt.org](https://www.fvlt.org/) D: 406.519.5195 O: 406.549.0755

So the best way to do this is to create an MS Team (which creates a SharePoint site for the team), put the documents in that SharePoint, and invite (or directly add FVLT users) to the Team. I did this for you and the team is called FVLT-BrandAudit2025 and the SharePoint URL is https://fvlt.sharepoint.com/sites/fvlt-brandaudit2025. I also invited [email protected] to be a guest on your Tenant and added him directly to the team. If you're just sharing files the direct link above is all he should need (after he is follows the guest setup link). Just so there's no issue with the current "Outreach & Education > Brand, Letterhead & Logos > 2025 Brand Audit-Justin Angle" folder, I zipped it for you and deleted the original. Let me know if you have any questions and I can also show you how to take advantage of Shortcuts in Sharepoint/OneDrive to make moving/managing files easier for you. Cheers.Peet

Hi Peet, That link isn't working. Can you re-send it, please? I'm not sure where to navigate to find Teams, or where I would find this within SharePoint, without a link. Can you illuminate me on that as well? Thanks! -- Lena Viall Conservation and Communications Manager Five Valleys Land Trust 120 Hickory Street, Suite B, Missoula, MT 59801 W: [fvlt.org](https://www.fvlt.org/) D: 406.519.5195 O: 406.549.0755 --------------------------------------------------------------- From: Artichoke Support - Peet <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, February 6, 2025 11:39 AM To: Lena Viall <[email protected]> Subject: Consultant access to SharePoint folder (message id: 91298302)

It looks like the link was generated with a period at the end of the URL. Deleting the period takes you directly to the SharePoint site. https://fvlt.sharepoint.com/sites/fvlt-brandaudit2025 I would love to tell you that Microsoft has a simple and intuitive way to see all your sites, but alas. You can search for "contentclass:STS_Site" in the SharePoint or M365 search bar or follow this link: https://fvlt.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx?p=2&q=contentclass%3ASTS_Site%20&v=%2Fsearch%2Fsites or this link: https://www.microsoft365.com/search/?from=PortalHome&q=contentclass%3ASTS_Site%20 Buuuuuut, the "FVLT-BrandAudit2025" site doesn't seem to be visible in that search yet. I'm not sure if it's because FVLTAdmin and lena were owners and not members, or if the indexing crawl wasn't finished. But number two ... the Team should be visible under "Teams" in Microsoft Teams. And the files can be found in the "2025 Brand Audit" channel. Which is simply a folder called "[2025 Brand Audit](https://fvlt.sharepoint.com/sites/fvlt-brandaudit2025/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?FolderCTID=0x012000F3E6A0AAFA4CF44E9DA8E079C688C990&View=%7B252BADEC%2DC67A%2D4E18%2DB6EC%2DA82AE269A142%7D&id=%2Fsites%2Ffvlt%2Dbrandaudit2025%2FShared%20Documents%2F2025%20Brand%20Audit)" in the "FVLT-BrandAudit2025" SharePoint. Clear as mud? Peet
