Hi Peet,

here's a screenshot of what I ran into today on the all-in-one computer.
After restarting the all-in-one and Jaqui's PC it seemed to resolve the issue for now [embedded image]

This is what happened before this message occurred:
R drive (Jaqui's computer) would not work(not connecting) at first this morning, but when I restarted the all-in-one computer, it worked fine, and I was able to get into quickbooks company files.

Then a couple hours later the R drive was not "connecting" again so I had to restart the computer again...
Then that's when the error message occurred and I am unable to get into any quickbooks company files

Just letting you know what's going on. I seem to be able to work but have been restarting the all in one every hour to get the connection back...

Marie,

I've disabled the computer's ability to turn off power to the Wi-Fi adapter. Fingers crossed that fixes the issue. If not, the solution will be to use the cat5 in the walls to connect you to the network via ethernet.

Hi Peet,

Thanks for jumping on this!
After turning on the computer I can open 1 quickbooks company file on the R drive and then when I close the app and open a new company file it gives me the same error and I can maybe log back into a company file after 2 restarts...
I think I will just move my computer back to the original spot so I can connect it to the ethernet cable for now.
