Unless she has access to a VPN No. Our system isnt setup to allow international access. I have two possible work arounds: The first is if Peet is able to allow just Alice's guest user profile to access The second is to manually swap files the old fashioned way. I defer to Peet as he has a better understanding of the capabilities and risks of allowing international access to our Share Point system. Peet I will say there is some importance in her access to our files, but we can work around manually as needed. Bonjour guys, I just need a request *before* international travel (I totally understand this was one of thos things that was missed) that lets me know where the account will be used from. I can see her login attempts being denied by Conditional Access Policy and have created a US and FR "allowed" policy for her, so she should be able to sign in. As an FYI, the VPN *should* work, but would cause a "user unexpectedly accessing via VPN" errors that can end with her account disabled, so the updated Conditional Access Policy is the way to go. Please do let me know when Alice is back in the states by replying to this ticket. Cheers.Peet

Thanks Ben, There's no straightforward way to automatically undo the Conditional Access policies. And I've found it's best to have the traveling party (or someone that sees them when they return) to initiate the change. I used to drop calendar reminders and do them on the date specified, but I've had issues with travelers not updating me when their plans change. So, a ping is much appreciated. Cheers.Peet
