Hey Peet,

This is Alexa from Williams Law Firm. This is my personal email, as I can’t get onto my computer to use my work email. I am so sorry for emailing you again, but this time, it’s regarding a different problem. I came back from running errands for everyone here, and my computer screen went black and it’s wanting me to restart and back everything up completely. When I follow the prompt to backup so I can get back to work, my computer asks me to insert an external storage device to continue. Being the non-techy person I am, I have absolutely no clue what to do. I am really sorry, and I’m look forward to hearing back from you on this topic too.
