Good afternoon Mr. Peet!

Hope all is well and you have survived the holiday season. Small request here if you could possibly help with.

We're going to want Jennifer's machine to be able to access the Alpha - Office folder/network location. I went ahead and tried to map her machine to that network drive, but it seemed to be lacking the permissions to setup or access that folder/network.

Would you be able to help set this up for her? There is zero urgency for this matter, but we would like to have it setup relatively soon of course!

Of course if there's any questions just holler or contact Jennifer or Jessica as well. Thank you kind sir! Cheers!

Done and done. She needs to fully log off and back on or restart her computer. But O:\ should be mapped to \\alpha\office when she does.

As an FYI, here's the command to put in a "Run" (WindowsKey+R) window:

net use O: \\alpha\office /persistent: Yes

And if O:\ needs to be unmapped first:

net use o: /delete
