Like I thought, AI transcription and notation has been addressed by Microsoft with Teams Rooms and Copilot (they started intelligent speaker identification in 2023). In October 2024 Zoom introduced smart name tags for Zoom Rooms.

In either case you do not have a "Rooms" enabled for your Zoom or Teams, but we could do either in a cost conscious way.

We are not yet in the age of automagically making this happen, but it's there as an option.

Thanks Peet,

What would it take to setup a testing environment where we flip a switch on for me to record a meeting, and test out the transcribe/summary features.
