Hi Peet - The attached popped up on my updates and I'm not sure why. Loreen, Leta and I have this secure browser app loaded per FIB instructions in order to get access to our bank accounts so this is not something that should be removed. The first attachment is what my Managed Software Center says. The second is how it is loaded in my app dock and the third is where the icon takes us to authenticate into the secure portal. FYI - You'll see an "upgrade available" in the lower right corner of the browser window. All of us already did that a couple weeks ago so we have access. Can you tell us why this managed software is saying this will be removed and why there is one that says Artichoke Consulting? Boy is this a can of worms. I added this app to management last week after about 14 hours of troubleshooting for another client. At no point should this app be automatically uninstalled, but it seems like there may have been an issue with the dependencies I created with the custom "First Interstate Secure Browser.app" launcher I had to create to help the "First Interstate Secure Browser.app" not crash repeatedly at start up on modern macOS computers. Please check MSC.app for the FIB application: munki://detail-FIB.html and make sure you're not seeing any errors. If the application was uninstalled by MSC.app, please reinstall it from MSC.app and you'll be set. As an aside, "First Interstate Secure Browser.app" is based off Chromium 70.x, a web browser that is more than 6 years old. Chromium 70.x does run well at all with GPU acceleration on modern macOS computers with Apple Silicon (ARM64). The work around for running Chromium browsers that were developed more than 4 years ago on current hardware is to disable GPU acceleration. The app itself is configured to not allow you to set any sort of troubleshooting configurations, but the app I built "First Interstate Bank SB Launcher.app" starts "First Interstate Secure Browser.app" with GPU acceleration disabled and should make it more stable. Cheers.Peet
