Hi Peet! I hope you're managing to survive the chaos that is election day! Speaking of chaos, I'm hoping I can get your help with another round of email changes, as shown below. 🙃 • Our new ED Sarah Justice will be starting next week on Wednesday November 13th and I'm hoping to have a fresh shiny ZACC email for her. • Our interim ED Erika will continue to support and use her ZACC email through the end of the month. I'm included on almost all of her emails, but just in case, at the end of the month, if this email can be shut down and connected to my email, that would be great. • Mikyla Veis was let go from the organization yesterday. I changed her password immediately (I updated the 1password to reflect the new password) and updated the backup phone for authentication to my phone number. If we could forward messages to my email, and please use the generic messaging we've been using, that would be great. And lastly, this is a LONG way away, but I wanted to give you a heads up that my last day with the ZACC will be January 31st. With my departure my position is being restructured and at this time it's still unclear as to how the long-term management of the ZACC emails is going to go, but am hoping to get Sarah's feedback on this very early on. I absolutely did not anticipate, nor imagine we'd have gone this long without more information and concrete answers and to say you have been my saving grace is an understatement to say the least. I really can't express how thankful I am for your flexibility and understanding in this regard. As we continue to figure this out, would it be ok with you if I added indefinite "scholarship" funds to your Sawyer account so you and your family can register free of cost? Thanks again Peet!! Totally get that!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I didn't even think of that detail (of course) and am happy to get into 1password to update that info for you. That said, due to the staffing changes I'm on a different work computer and it's requiring all the goods to get back logged in. I can find all my info, but it may take a hot minute - my brain is all over the place with all the changes in the last week. Hi Peet! Question for you - I'm struggling to access Mikyla's email archive and I'm wondering if it's user error? I'm logged in as her and able to access her OneDrive files through an existing tab, but I'm not able to select Outlook and dig directly through her emails, and it doesn't appear that I can search from my email. To recap: - When a user is converted into a shared mailbox, that mailbox is available [like this on the web](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/open-and-use-a-shared-mailbox-in-outlook-d94a8e9e-21f1-4240-808b-de9c9c088afd#OfficeVersion=Outlook_on_the_web), and [like this in Outlook for macOS.](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/open-a-shared-mail-calendar-or-people-folder-in-outlook-for-mac-6ecc39c5-5577-4a1d-b18c-bbdc92972cb2) - Make sure to upgrade that 2019 Macbook Pro to macOS 15.1.1. - Make sure to disconnect the existing icloud "find my" account from that computer. Heather, Just making sure that computer was freed from the AppleID. I also don't think there's been anything added to "[email protected]" on https://www.hisawyer.com/zootown-arts-community-center/. Keema tried to sign Izzy up for a class or two and there's no balance that we can find, just the opportunity to use a credit card ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . How do we take advantage of the gratis classes? RE "scholarship" funds, we're having difficulties with Sawyer and getting funds to show as available to end users like yourself. We've got an open ticket with them because it impacts other users too, but want to make sure you're taken care of in the meantime.
