Good Morning Peet.

Marissa is having some issues opening the mailing program on her machine in the back.
I am attaching the screen shots she took of the messages she is getting.
I know this may seem very vague, but this is all we have.
I am not familiar with this machine at all. I had Zack take a look at it, but he is unfamiliar with these messages too.
Please help if you can.

To go alone with the first issue.We are also trying to transfer lists to the other ink jet machine (which we have been able to do before.) that will do our flats and we are getting this message. and unable to transfer the list.

Just an FYI, this seems to be back online. It's time (4+ yrs passed time, but who's counting?) to replace the computer attached to this printer. I'm getting the most recent software from the company and the computer would be ~$700 (give or take shipping and availability).

We cannot connect the printheads. it is asking for an IP address.
The screen is left on the machine-if you need it.

Also, we cannot transfer list to the other machine through the connected folders, like we used to do before.
Not sure if this is something that Zack can fix or not.

I cannot troubleshoot the other machine because it's WINXP. USB transfer should work.

Check is a-okay. The software is a free upgrade but will take a bit of time to upgrade it. Should be straight forward. And if not their support is pretty darn good. And free/cheap.
