Hi Peet,

Christine is having a reoccurring issue where her left monitor won’t turn on. I have replaced the CalDigit and cords, tried restarting, updating the DisplayLink Manager, etc. I can always get it back on when it turns off and it fixes for a little while and then seems to go out again after a week or so. Do you have any insight into this or how to possibly resolve this issue?

As it stands, I see a "Cable Matters USB-C 8K Video Adapter" connected to her computer, but do not see a "Plugable USBC-6950U" (or similar recognized by her computer). What is the make and model of the DisplayLink Adapter attached to her computer? Is it the same as the one at your desk?

Is the display currently connected to the DisplayLink adapter? Is it currently working?

It is not currently working.

She has the exact same set up as mine, with the CalDigit and Plugable item. Her computer has recognized the Plugable before, but maybe that is where the faulty wiring or issue is, as that might be the piece that keeps going in and out of working?
