Looks like I had an invoicing snafu when updating your billing. And there seems to be an invoice from June for July 2024 that's been missed. Regardless, I just wanted to drop bit of description in a single email for you.

I've attached 4 invoices:

-  Missoula Economic Partnership - 3329 (July 2024).pdf
- Invoiced on 6.19.24 due 7.1.24 for July Managed Services (I think this one was missed)

-  Missoula Economic Partnership - 3366 (Aug 2024).pdf

- Invoiced 8.15.24 (should have been invoiced 7.24.24 due 8.1.24) for August Managed Services. I'd updated the content of the recurring invoice, but left invoicing system set to quarterly (◔_◔). I'm sorry for not getting it out on time, if it could be paid with 3329 and 3367, I'd appreciate it. But if it needs to be paid with 3368 no worries.

-  Missoula Economic Partnership - 3367 (Nicole Laptop).pdf

- Invoiced 8.15.24 due on receipt of the invoice for Nicole's replacement laptop.

-  Missoula Economic Partnership - 3368 (Sept 2024).pdf

- Invoiced 8.15.24 due 9.1.24 for September Managed Services. I ran this Managed Service invoice early just in case it's easier to pay all 4 when 3367 is paid.

Going forward, Managed Service invoices will generate automatically on the 24th of the month to cover the next month's service in advance.

Hi Peet! Thanks for getting all these together, glad we are getting back on track. I should be able to submit the first three with this month’s payables, and the last one will be paid like normal in September. I will need to check with our accountant and Grant to see if that works out. Regardless we will get these all sorted in the next two cycles.
