I am not able to log into my HRC email. I try using the authenticator app and my password but neither work.

Jim,

I see a few failures, but plenty of successes for your login today. I'll need a bit mor information on what/how it's failing.

Peet, currently I am able to access the HRC email. However, earlier I got a pop up indicating the password was not accepted and could not be authenticated. Then I was redirected to the authenticator app where I was given a number which I did input, but again got the pop up not about to authenticate.
