Hey Peet,

So to do firmware updates for my printers, I have to use a application called Mutoh Status Monitor (MSM). When I open it and try to connect to the printers it says I have a connection error. Talking to my mutoh tech, he said often it is the firewall blocking that connection. Can you please look into this?

No worries. Soooo it seems to be fine now...... The application wouldn't even launch today so I uninstalled and reinstalled (did that again that is, I did that before the first message to you and it still wouldn't work) Now it's fine and connecting to the printers. So yeah. Thanks, I guess, and I'm sorry. 🤷 So one thing off the list for you.
