Perhaps your AGMSO email is not working.
I'm still just trying to get your network management on XeroxIridesse finished up so I can access files on the /Alpha network.

Hi Peet! Happy Friday. For quite some time Forrest's Fiery rip computer was down. He simply worked on the other computer back there and continues to now. Recently, a tech has fixed the Fiery cpu and its back up and running. He cannot connect to the server though. Plugged into the network but no access. Would you be able to get this machine back onto our network? Forrest is copied here and can speak much more intelligently about the situation back there. Let me know how I can help if you need me to troubleshoot connections/ports. Thanks Peet!

Thanks for pinging this ticket today. It looks like you sent an email to [email protected] as well. I've done my best to combine the tickets, but please do send support requests to [email protected].

That said if the computer is available, I can look at it more now. There are some very odd things about it like the time not being configured at all ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Let me know when I can have full control of it.

Thanks Peet, the old support ticket was from March and we weren't sure if it went through to you so I had to initiate a new one.
You can control it now, I'm heading out to lunch soon.

Should be set back up the way you were. As before, you log in with [email protected] (AGMSO\agpo). The password is unchanged from the last time it was used.

I do not know what drives you need mapped from Alpha, so at your leisure, goto "\\Alpha" and right-click the share you'd like mapped and choose "Map network drive ..." make sure to choose the letter you'd like the drive to show up on and the checkbox to "Reconnect at login"

Let me know if you have any other issues.
