#28434 AG Mailing Inkjet Computer Issues

Good Morning Mr. Peet!

Hope all has been well in your world and you're staying out of this crazy heat!

Throwing a ticket your way to get your expertise on this little issue our mailing gals seem to be having with one of their Inkjet computers.

It seems that we have had a potential Windows User Account become corrupt. Not sure if you can view screenshots, but what is below seems to be the error.

After a reboot, I currently have Marissa using a newly created User Account to continue doing her thing. The only caveat, and seemingly the real only issue here, is that the PrintMail software they run on this machine is no longer auto-loading or auto-navigating to the correct folder of files, instead Marissa is having to manually navigate to that location.

So, really, if you can shed any light on this that would be wonderful! Hope to hear from ya soon bud!
