Hi Peet, I don’t receive Grant’s email. I was unaware that I was supposed to be receiving them, but he informed me of that yesterday. Can you help me get this set up please? -- Keeza Leavens Office Coordinator Missoula Economic Partnership (406)541–6461 [email protected] https://www.missoulapartnership.com/ 500 N Higgins Ave, Missoula, MT 59802

Keeza and Grant, The mailbox owner (Grant) manages delegate access. Here's Microsoft's documentation: [Add and manage delegates in Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Support](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-and-manage-delegates-in-outlook-for-mac-49ba7631-1984-453e-8a8f-c78fd43475e4#:~:text=Add%20a%20delegate&text=On%20the%20Tools%20menu%2C%20click,Advanced%2C%20and%20then%20click%20Delegates.&text=Type%20the%20name%20of%20the,list%2C%20and%20then%20click%20Add.). Here's their how to for the web: [Share and access a calendar with edit or delegate permissions in Outlook - Microsoft Support](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/share-and-access-a-calendar-with-edit-or-delegate-permissions-in-outlook-532e6410-ee80-42b5-9b1b-a09345ccef1b#PickTab=Outlook_on_the_web) I can see that Keeza has "Send on behalf" privileges for Grant, but I cannot see the fine-grain settings that Grant's user can see within Outlook. If the goal is for Keeza to have full control over Grant's entire mailbox, I can apply that from the Exhange Admin Console, but I would prefer that Grant sets the delegate permissions. Cheers.Peet

Within my control I believe I’ve given Keeza the same permissions as Leidy (and Silvia before that). That’s what I’m trying to achieve. The idea is that we can both access Grant’s email, and that I can help monitor his email through receiving his emails and sending them. I can send emails on his behalf and manage his calendar. Does he just need to change the setting to allow me to also receive these emails? Keeza – I think Peet’s link offers the way to do this. I followed it and found this associated site: [Become a delegate or stop being a delegate in Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Support](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/become-a-delegate-or-stop-being-a-delegate-in-outlook-for-mac-818da19c-b03c-4a69-926a-76a7c84c3579) Grant Kier President & CEO Missoula Economic Partnership 406.541.6461 From: Keeza Leavens <[email protected]> Date: Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 12:43PM To: Artichoke Support - Peet <[email protected]> Cc: Grant Kier <[email protected]> Subject: Re: Grant's Email Access (message id: 83164643) The idea is that we can both access Grant’s email, and that I can help monitor his email through receiving his emails and sending them. Fantastic! Grant, it may be worth double checking your delegate settings for [email protected] to make sure she has all the access you expect, but other than that I'll close the ticket. Cheers.Peet
