Hi Peet,

Christine was recently having an issue with her OneDrive syncing her files. It was due to a file name that had a symbol that wasn’t allowed. We were able to correct the problem, but we restarted her computer during this time, and all the files that were saved to her desktop have disappeared. I did some searching to see if there was a way for me to find it, but it doesn’t seem like it is something I will be able to fix, and we could use your knowledge. I have CC’d Christine on this email. Any insight you could give us would be greatly appreciated!

It popped on while you weren’t looking, and re-enabled OneDrive back up settings. I have no idea why those settings would have become disabled, but your desktop and documents are stored in your OneDrive soTada.
