I've turned off Gage's access to M365 and configured his mailbox to be shared with you. You will also have access to his OneDrive files for the next 30days to make sure there's nothing you may need in there.

The default auto reply text is "Thank you for contacting ‎Stewart & Associates‎. We regret to inform you that ‎Gage Legare‎ is no longer employed here. Please direct any future correspondence to ‎Jill Tripp‎ at ‎[email protected]‎.

This is an automated reply. For your convenience, this email has been automatically forwarded to ‎Jill Tripp‎."

His 1Pass is also disabled.

Just an FYI, blocking Gage's cached account from logging into his computer is a stranger nut than I thought. I'm not concerned about it currently as his account on 365 and 1password are fully disabled so it's not like you could get anywhere. Just an odd change in philosophy about managing device logins.

At most it will take 14 days for the cache to expire, but I'm not exceedingly worried.

After you remove any other access he has to Morningstar, etc, he should be offboarded.
