Good morning sir! Hope all is going well this week for ya. Darla has brought to my attention some issues post update/installation. From what I understand, she had been working on it fine yesterday. But come today, there seems to be some problems. Particularly something to do with the backup systems involved? There is quite an urgency into getting this matter resolved. I apologize for not being specific here, so go ahead and give Darla or Jess a call to go over the exact details of the issue. If there's anyway that I can help out, just let me know!
