#27391 **Fees with smaller practice

Hey Peet.

So, Gage let me know last week that he and his wife are going to be moving back to Glasgow to pursue a job for her. His last day here will be June 30th. He has offered to do some remote work for a while, but I'm not sure whether I'm going to take him up on that or not. I'm considering a "scaling back" of services (and staff) that would essentially make me a solo practitioner with an assistant (Missy). I think I would continue to keep our current office space, at least for a while, but there is also the possibility of moving to a home office situation.

My question for you...would our current ~$600/month fees change much with fewer people on staff? Or is most of that fixed?

This is all non-public at the moment, so please keep it under your hat for the time being until I've figured out what the F I'm going to do and have announced changes to the clients. 😉

Haven't forgotten about you. I'm just buried a bit + its my birthday week ... which I don't take as seriously as I did when it was my birthday month :D ... That said we can figure something out. Do you want to schedule some time to chat?
