#27104 Printing from Middle South

When I'm in Iris, everything prints fine, but if I am not in iris, nothing prints.

The printer doesn't seem to be mapped like normal to the computer, so I am not 100% certain why Iris works....

Also, when I type in the Search bar for Windows, it doesn't work either.... I try to take a screen shot, but it does away when I click the screen stuff.
