Peet, I tried to make a FaceTime call with Holly this evening, however it defaulted to a Teams call. Also, I’ll check tonight, but the ethernet isn’t working at our house. Pat

Pat,

No idea what steps were taken to end up in a Teams call when you were attempting a Facetime call. But it does look like perhaps your Teams app attemped to place a regular telephone call which you are not licensed for ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Here's Apple's documentation on making a FaceTime call from an iPhone:

[Make FaceTime calls on iPhone - Apple Support](https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/make-facetime-calls-iph7801d5771/ios)

Your Ethernet network is currently up and running and was up yesterday when I checked (see below). It doesn't look like your TV has ever been configured to connect via ethernet. It would be worthwhile to have at least one device that is always connected via a built-in ethernet connection (besides the switch) see below for the only reference to your TV being a previous WiFi connection.

Here's LG's documentation on configuring Ethernet on their TV's:

[LG TV - How to Setup a Wired Internet Connection | LG USA Support](https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-how-to-setup-a-wired-internet-connection--20153255459902)

I have no visibility on your home network.
