Big Sky Care Connect Partners with Industry Leader PointClickCare

Big Sky Care Connect (BSCC), Montana’s state-designated health information exchange (HIE), has partnered with PointClickCare Technologies(PCC), a leading healthcare technology platform, to provide Long Term Care (LTC) providers throughout Montana connectivity to BSCC HIE data and services. This collaboration will improve healthcare throughout the state, particularly for those individuals residing in LTC communities.

By virtue of the partnership between BSCC and PCC, Montana’s LTC providers will have greater access to information about current and prospective residents; also, their existing residents’ information will be available, via the HIE, to LTC provider’s regional healthcare partners. This will save money while simultaneously improving the overall health of older adults and vulnerable communities throughout Montana.

Over 100 healthcare organizations, comprised of 677 locations, have now signed-on with BSCC.
