I’ll send a diagram soon, Peet. I believe these cables connect to the computers, however there are a lot of ethernet connections…

From the picture there is only a single live cable in that switch. If more than one powered device is currently on the network it is possible/likely the switch has failed or needs to be power-cycled (remove from power and plug back in).

It's also possible that the picture of the switch didn't catch the lights of the that are actually on the other ports. Sometimes a video is necessary. Regardless, power cycling the switch is never a bad idea. The device is better than most "smart" switch from Netgear that has a management interface to see what's going on with it, but that requires a computer on the network.

A map will still be helpful to see where devices are clustered.
