Hi Peet, I forgot that Julie was getting this error on the TV computer when she tries to log in. She’s definitely using the right password and we did wait and try again and still gets the error. If we have time, let’s troubleshoot today. Thanks! Just noting that we gave up here and simply deleted the local user account which should always clear any login issue. Peet
