I’m trying to provide as much of a zero touch involvement for Cardinal IT as possible, but that does require working individually with each of the users with accounts in your Workspace ARC OU. Tomorrow EOB would be appreciated.

As it stands it seems like there will be two more handovers to Farran Property Management: Avion in BZN and Aurora in GTF. Now that I’ve been brought on board to help with FPM IT, those two should will be much more straight forward.

It seems that Aurora’s domain "[aurora-greatfalls.com](http://aurora-greatfalls.com/)” and it’s already in FarranCo’s control. Avion’s domain appears to be “liveavion.com” and is not in FarranCo’s control, but does seem to be registered with GoDaddy. Does Cardinal have the registration for “liveavion.com” domain?

GA is for Google Analytics access for the community. Google Analytics collects data from the website and then provides reports for you and your team to review insights on that data. It'll collect basic details such as page views, operating system, what browser is utilized, visitor data to help identify patterns and deeper insights into the viewers.

I’ve never transferred domains at GoDaddy, but I’d assume all that’s needed is the receiving account number … Farranco’s GoDaddy account is 13278110.

Gina,

This comes down to what historic data you'd expect to have for the employees working to manage ARC. I've never been in a situation where an outgoing mail provider did not have as the contracted IT for Farran Property Management, I'm happy to facilitate the transition with the least possible burden on the current provider, but as the accounts are disabled, I have no technical solutions to Facilite migrating any @arcgreatfalls.com email stored in Google Workspace. Consequently I offered the solution of exporting the Workgroup data for the @arcgreatfalls.com users in the ARC OU to an archive and transfering them to me to migrate into the current @arcgreatfalls.com M365 tenant. I'm not a Google Workspace admin but it seems to be a fairly [trivial process](https://support.google.com/a/answer/12940323?hl=en).

Again, I'm happy to help facilitate any other process that works for Cardinal.

Regardless, I'm not involved in operations or business process for Farran Property Management so I cannot speak to how critical the data is, only that in all circumstances I've previously dealt with the transfer of email/data from one service provider to another the current provider has always worked to facilitated data transfer/migration.

As the Operations/Regional Manager for Farran Property Management, I leave the negotiation of data transfer in your court. Please let me know what I can do to facilitate the migration of existing email for @arcgreatfalls.com stored email and file sharing data.
