Peet, I seem to have no idea how to use 1 Password. It wouldn’t let me unlock it today and needed a recovery. I have no idea why now where to find any information about it. Sorry if this creates more work for you. I’d love to learn how to use it effectively at some point. Grant Sent from my phone

FYI – I’m really struggling with adopting 1 password. It never auto fills, seems to lead me into a labyrinth of popup windows whenever I try to use it, and leads me to use all kinds of password workarounds that I can’t imagine is actually more secure. Grant, There happens to be an issue with 1Pasword's service today ... [1Password Status](https://status.1password.com/). So recovering/resetting auth for 1Pass should not be a thing. As for usability. We can schedule a time to run through the app. If it's not auto filling it sounds like you don't have the [extension](https://1password.com/downloads/browser-extension/) enabled or possibly installed? and have not discovered "[Universal AutoFill](https://support.1password.com/mac-universal-autofill/)". "cmd + \" is the usiversal shortcut to invoke 1Pass. Feel free to schedule a time to go over 1Pass. https://artichoke.consulting/schedule/peet Cheers.Peet

Thanks. I’m relieved the problem today may be on their end. Leidy - can you please work with Peet to find a time to do a 1 Password training during an all staff meeting? Preferably March when everyone is around. Thank you! Sent from my phone On Feb 5, 2024, at 10:39 AM, Artichoke Support - Peet <[email protected]> wrote:
