Hi Emilie, Thank you for meeting with us today. Unfortunately we were not able to complete the router swap due to an issue with bancpac not working post implementation. All other apps tested successfully. We did revert back to the original router so Gordon can continue troubleshooting. We have the below dates/times available to reschedule the router swap, please let me know which will work best for you.
