Subject: Can't open word doc Description: Hey Peet, any idea why we can't open some documents, specifically in word. Document is titled "Anderson J 2nd bill 2023". Please see the attached image of my screen.

Just noting that this is very likely part of the security baseline I enabled. I'll look into allowing read-only access to .doc, .ppt and .xls files. In the mean time, the work around is to right click "View Online" choose edit and it will be converted to a modern xml office document. Take a quick peek at the new version via the web or locally, then feel free to delete the original .doc, .ppt, or .xls
