For Missy ... Open Preferences in PDF-Xchange: [embedded image] Choose "File Associations" Set "View PDF files in Internet Explorer:" and "Register NP-plugin for other browsers:" to "No" Check "Apply changes for current user only" Click "Apply..." (not the highlighted 4 and "Apply..." button" Cick OK [embedded image] Cheers.Peet

As for MorningStar, please make sure you've downloaded this installer: https://gladmainnew.morningstar.com/dwsv2/awsoe/awsinstaller.exe Then try running it again. After launching and a moment of examining the installer, the system should automatically approve and elevate it to administrator ... then walk through the installation.
