Subject: Morningstar Issues for Jill and Missy Description: Hey Peet. I will need some assistance today to get Morningstar installed on my computer. The new one just won't let me do it. Also Missy is still having problems with PDF Editor and MStar not playing well together--she can't generate reports. Thanks!

For Missy ...

Open Preferences in PDF-Xchange:

Choose "File Associations"
Set "View PDF files in Internet Explorer:" and "Register NP-plugin for other browsers:" to "No"
Check "Apply changes for current user only"
Click "Apply..." (not the highlighted 4 and "Apply..." button"
Cick OK

As for MorningStar, please make sure you've downloaded this installer:

https://gladmainnew.morningstar.com/dwsv2/awsoe/awsinstaller.exe

Then try running it again. After launching and a moment of examining the installer, the system should automatically approve and elevate it to administrator ... then walk through the installation.
