I’m in Mexico. My email was working but now I can’t seem to login on my phone based on the location. Can you please assist? Thank you!!

Re-enabled this exclusion for you Sunday, and it looks like you're successfully authenticating. Will you be in MX regularly (monthly)? Does this need to be a permanent exception to your security policy?

I set up a tertiary authenticator for your account and was able to log into https://outlook.office.com/ as [email protected].

I don't see authentication failures on your logins from Missoula IP addresses (e.g. username/password), only that you're not providing MFA authentication. Please attempt to log in again and let me know as much detail as possible if it fails.

Just circling back to my earlier question, will you continue to be out of the US/in MX with about an average of a monthly frequency? If so, I'd like to construct a permanent exception for your account.
