Good morning and Happy New Year!

I got a new phone and cannot get into Authenticator. It is requesting that I scan a QR or enter a code manually that should be provided by my organization.

Grant is out this week. Do you have the QR code that I scan, or a code I can enter manually?

Additionally,

Ali is having this pop up arrive on her computer each morning as she begins work. She has bypassed it, but does not have the ability to interact with it. Here is a screen shot of what she sees. I have her cc'd here. Can you assist?

This ticket is for the 1Password updates. I manage those via "Managed Software Center.app". I'd not yet disabled the built-in update check. It's now off, so the next time an update is released 1Password will not prompt you for an update, and the update will be delivered via the MSC.app
