Good morning and Happy New Year!

I got a new phone and cannot get into Authenticator. It is requesting that I scan a QR or enter a code manually that should be provided by my organization.

Grant is out this week. Do you have the QR code that I scan, or a code I can enter manually?

Additionally,

Ali is having this pop up arrive on her computer each morning as she begins work. She has bypassed it, but does not have the ability to interact with it. Here is a screen shot of what she sees. I have her cc'd here. Can you assist?

Gald you got it worked out. The key with Microsoft authenticator is to set up your new MS Authenticator before wiping your old one.
