Hi Peet, I have tried to twice to install the most recent mac OS update and it continues to show as an update available after it goes through the update. I think you might have identified this issue when we were getting me back online after the hack, but I wanted to let you know. Julie, I'm a bit lost on this one. When you click "Update Now" you should be prompted for your password and the system should apply the update. What's happening after you click "Update Now"? Where is it stopping you from applying the update? Thanks! Peet
