Hi Peet,

Aside from needing to grant Missy access to our sharepoint, we’re also having trouble getting her access to our shared calendar “SA-Calendar”. We also need to get her a 1password account. I’ve cc’d her on this email as well.

Let me know if you need us to do anything from our end to set these things up.

I'm sorry, but I truly do not know where your “SA-Calendar” is located. Access to it depends on who and/or from where it is shared. Could you please take a closer look at it and see from where it is shared?

We can access the files online but how do we add them to File Explorer on my machine?

It was more efficient for me to just log you into the OneDrive app on your computer and click the "sync" button on the "Scans" and "Documents" Sharepoint document collections.
