Hi Peet.

Missy started today and I have a couple of questions for you already.

1—She likes to work on a 2-monitor system. Should we just go ahead and purchase a second monitor? Does it need to be the same kind as the existing? Any suggestions?

2—I believe you have her 365 profile set up—what would we use for PW/PIN to log into that?

Sorry for the delay. I've had my head in a bug fix all day ...

1. I wholeheartedly recommend installing matched displays for a dual display setup. My recomendation here would be to buy yourself and Gage new, slightly larger 27" displays with built-in speakers/Windows hello capable webcams. And use your matched 24" displays on Missy's desk.

I've been deploying this one Dell 27 Video Conferencing Monitor - C2722DE | Dell USA and can usually find open-box versions for less than the $400 Dell price.

2. I was sure I included this in my reply to the user creation ticket, but I got sidetracked on M365 Licensing ... Her PWD is in 1Pass in SA-Sysadmin ...

So, am I okay to just go shop and buy those monitors myself? Happy to do, just wanted to make sure we BOTH don’t go buy them.😉

Sounds great. The displays are simple to setup if you're feeling adventurous. They replace your docks and connect to your computers with a single USB-C cable. Just plug any usb device from your dock into a free usb port on the display. Plug the ethernet into the display ethernet port. Connect the usb-c cable to the display and computer and you're done.

Other than that I may be able to get over there friday.
