Hi Peet.

I wanted to get it on your radar that we will have a new employee coming online in December. Her name is Melissa (Missy) Hameline and she is going to start work here on 12/11. She is going to be our new office manager—Sherie is going to retire at the end of the year.

So, we’ll need to get a new user account set up for her and get ready to retire Sherie’s credentials. Missy will be sitting up front and using Sherie’s computer, so no need for new equipment, I don’t think.

Also, wanted to see if the new laptops arrived safely? I think they were supposed to show up at your office yesterday?

Missy's user is created and kind of sort of licensed. Is Richard finished needing a license of M365? Are we ready to retire his access to everything?

If not I can up your monthly license for M365 Business Premium to cover her and Richard until we retire Sherrie's account.

I've also run into too many problems not have a fully licensed fsaadmin user so I'll be bumpng that user to M365 Business Premium account. When all is said and done, you'll have 4x$264=$1056 and 1x$72=$72 ($1128/yr total) for your yearly M365 cost. That covers the Gage, Missy, Jill, and FSAAdmin for M365 Business Premium and FSASync (required for a safe Scans/Sharepoint sync user).

Richard is still planning on working for us on a part-time basis next year, so no, we don’t want to retire his 365 account yet. Sherie, on the other hand, will be done by 12/31/23.
