"You're already syncing a shortcut to a folder from this shared library." Means that you've selected "Add shortcut to OneDrive" instead of "Sync". If you look inside you're OneDrive online (https://fstewartfinancial-my.sharepoint.com/personal), you'll see an icon like this:

Select it and choose remove. They you'll be able to "Sync". FWIW, when you create a shortcut like this, the data is also available on your device, just via your personal Onedrive folder instead of synced next to the "Documents" DocumentLibrary.
