Hi Peet, I am into my Mac and trying to login to the Exchange. See the attached screenshot. I tried my new password and it doesn't seem to work. Just to clarify, for the new passwords, are the orange dashes, a space, or dash? THanks for your help. Julie Lacey

Hi Peet, I talked to Nicole and figured out my password but I'm having an issue with the Authenticator and my account has been locked from too many log in attempts. Thanks, Julie Lacey 406-546-1183

I've tested the login and it looks like you may not have ever set up MFA with Microsoft Authenticator. Please insure that Microsoft Authenticator is installed on your phone: iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-authenticator/id983156458 Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azure.authenticator&hl=en_US&gl=US And follow the instructions to set it up as you sign in. Hi Peet, I have the Authenticator app on my phone. It says I need a QR code to set up 2 factor. thanks, Julie

You need to sign into your account when prompted on your computer. Or simply navigate to https://portal.office.com. You'll be prompted to setup your Microsoft Authenticator app after providing your username and password. [embedded image]
