HI Emilie, I just wanted to provide you with an update as we head into the end of the year. We have our router in house and are now awaiting our engineer to configure it so we can ship it to you. I imagine, once you receive the router we can schedule the Router Switch event after-hours for Mid-January after our freeze period is over. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. When we ship out the router I will send you the tracking information. Hi Shawna, We are in the process of getting set up with SDWAN. It is our understanding if we switch to SDWAN, then we do not need to do this router replacement. Is that correct? Emilie, The router you currently have is end of life so it needs to be replaced as soon as possible. The SDWAN implementation usually takes 6 months minimum to implement. So you will still need the router for connectivity while you wait on SDWAN implementation to be completed. Hi Emilie, The downtime will be very short. The new router should be powered up ahead of time; takes about 15 minutes and can be done any time between now and when we do the migration. When we start the swap, it will require someone from the bank to move the cables from the old router to the new router. It should take roughly 5 to 15 minutes for the entire migration to take place. I will know if everything is working correctly by then and if it isn’t we will swap them back. Thanks! The new router should be powered up ahead of time; takes about 15 minutes and can be done any time between now and when we do the migration. When we start the swap, it will require someone from the bank to move the cables from the old router to the new router. It should take roughly 5 to 15 minutes for the entire migration to take place. The new router should be powered up ahead of time; takes about 15 minutes and can be done any time between now and when we do the migration. When we start the swap, it will require someone from the bank to move the cables from the old router to the new router. It should take roughly 5 to 15 minutes for the entire migration to take place. I will know if everything is working correctly by then and if it isn’t we will swap them back. Thanks! The new router should be powered up ahead of time; takes about 15 minutes and can be done any time between now and when we do the migration. When we start the swap, it will require someone from the bank to move the cables from the old router to the new router. It should take roughly 5 to 15 minutes for the entire migration to take place. I will know if everything is working correctly by then and if it isn’t we will swap them back. Thanks! The new router should be powered up ahead of time; takes about 15 minutes and can be done any time between now and when we do the migration. When we start the swap, it will require someone from the bank to move the cables from the old router to the new router. It should take roughly 5 to 15 minutes for the entire migration to take place. I will know if everything is working correctly by then and if it isn’t we will swap them back. Thanks!
