1—Just got a renewal contract from Anders Business Solutions for our printer/copier. Do you think it should include a confidentiality clause? Is it possible for their employees to view what we copy/scan? I asked them about it and they seemed to think I was crazy—I figured a bank or hospital client would’ve already made them add that. So, am I crazy? 2—Speaking of scanning, I tried to scan documents to my folder both Friday and today—it’s not working. ☹ Thx, Jill

Couldn't hurt on the contract. So when we limited access to Sharpoint, we stopped the scanner from working because the Synology device is not part of the trusted computer types. I'm going to have to change the restrictions to fit the access. (◔_◔) Peet

Making due without the scanner for now. Just let me know when we can get it working again. I’m open to a work-around. Most folks in Missoula are not on the leading edge of security policy :D Peet
