Our local DNS is blocking a subdomain that we just created for a new portfolio site we are putting together for Deloitte. Can one of you guys add an exception to our internal DNS so we can access the following address while our VPN is on? [https://d.partnerscreative.com](https://d.partnerscreative.com/) Let me know if you need any more info from me on this. PEET: JB already fixed this, so nothing is needed from you. Sorry to bug you. Lou Yup, I spoke with JB about what needed to happen to add the record internally. As an FYI, there's no block on the DNS. The internal DNS servers are considered authoritative (part of how Active Directory works) for the partnerscreative.com domain, so the CNAME record that you created externally needed to be created internally. Oh good to know. Thanks. We’ve had problems with the internal DNS for years. It’s been better the last few years, but it has caused enough problems that I always initially turn it off (VPN), to make sure the problem isn’t a problem externally. Thanks Peet! -- Lou Ghaddar On October 3, 2023 at 6:10:01 PM, Artichoke Support - Peet ([email protected]) wrote: ----- REPLY ABOVE THIS LINE TO SEND A RESPONSE ----- [embedded image] On Tue 10-03-23 06:10 PM, Artichoke Consulting commented: --------------------------------------------------------------- PEET: JB already fixed this, so nothing is needed from you.
