Peet--- Will you please look at this and let me know if you have some idea why this group email that I sent out last week was rejected? I see down toward the bottom of the error messages, something saying that there’s been a lot of spam coming from my IP address?!! Eeek! What is that? I cannot tell you why this happens, but I can tell you what is happening. If you look at the bounce message that you received, you would think that it’s because the email sending server that you are sending through for Microsoft 365/exchange online was compromised and sending mass quantities of bad email. But I am positive that if I take the time to dig into the exact sending issue it’s because Google completely drop the ball on managing the reputation of the Microsoft sending servers that are sent via IPV6 instead of IPV4. It’s a problem that neither you, nor I caused, and one. I don’t think we have any leverage in fixing. This has been happening to many people and it is a problem that has been going on for I think more than a year. If you try to resend the message, it should go through, but if it doesn’t, at that point, we have to open a ticket with Microsoft let me know, if you have any issues resending.
