Hi Jill! Thanks so much for the follow up! I just spoke with Kristin at Firespring, and she's now included here. She added the GA# to our site, but it may take some time to take effect. That said, I'm still not sure if that's what needed to happen per your messages, so I'm including one other party and that is Peet McKinney, who helped us move our organization away from Google and into Microsoft. Thanks to everyone here for all the help!! Good news and bad news, Good news is I can see these Analytics accounts (thanks) but bad news is that these are old accounts (called Universal Analytics) and they are no longer collecting data :( It looks from the diagnostic that you do have a Google Analytics 4 account installed (called GA4 - which is good - this is the new version) but it is not either of these. The GA # is G-3MXD5JNQ3T. I wonder if your Firespring contact might be able to help, if you're comfortable with that? I'm so sorry for the hassle. Thanks! Quick Q on the audit front as I get into the backend. Mikyla was able to add me to the Google Ads account (yay) however she doesn't have the Google account info that is associated with your Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. ( Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) are 2 separate Google tools that can be used to understand behavior on your website, track conversions / sales, and connect with Google Ads. ) It appears from a diagnostic on your site that you have GA4 and GTM on your site (see screenshot): [embedded image] Heather, Mikyla thought you might be the person who would know the Google account associated with both GA4 and GTM. If you're comfortable sharing that log in I can take it from there (it may request a verification code). Or we can do a quick screenshare and I can show you how to add me. OR if this makes you want to run for the hills (I get it, Google is a rabbit hole and I know you are super busy), you could connect me with your Firespring web dev contact and I could likely get the info from them? Thank you Heather! Kristin would you be able to add [email protected] as an admin on the GA4 account? Also it looks like Google Tag Manager is loaded - can you add me to that account too? Thank you. I am doing some marketing consulting for the ZACC. Appreciate it! Jill Sent from my iPhone On Sep 27, 2023, at 3:55 PM, Artichoke Consulting <[email protected]> wrote:

Thanks Heather! I just messaged Kristin so we can see how that pans out. I suspect Microsoft / Peet is servicing only your email / cloud needs, not your web analytics. Thanks! Heather, I dropped the CC'd folks off this reply. Would you mind summarizing the issue so I can understand if I need to engage here? Thanks.Peet

Totally! And thank you for the super quick ping. 🙂 Essentially, she's trying to do a marketing audit on the ZACC and access our Google analytics. For some reason we can't tell which Google account info that is associated with our Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. I've tried my [email protected], the old [email protected], and Mikyla's old [email protected] and none appear to be the connected account so I'm not sure what's up. --------------------------------------------------------------- From: Artichoke Support - Peet <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, September 27, 2023 4:03 PM To: Heather Stockton <[email protected]> Subject: Re: Quick Q re: Google Analytics (message id: 73289614)

Unless the account is in held in your commercial [email protected] workspace account, it's outside of anything I've ever touched. Looking more at it, Google Analytics accounts can be allowed or denied through Workspace, but it does not look as though they are managed undThough it sounds like analytics are not being captured. Perhaps it would be worthwhile to set it up cleanly using a new user under that's managed as part of your Google for Nonprofit's workspace? *nudge, nudge, nudge* Unless you have access to and are using the data that was previously collected this is a great time to stand up a new analytics account that you will not loose track/access to.*nudge, nudge, nudge* Cheers.Peet

Weird! Now I'm really curious where/what/how in the hell. I'm totally into this nudge and agree it's the way to go. I have 2 people to triple confirm this with - and one comes back tomorrow. May I please confirm with you tomorrow? --------------------------------------------------------------- From: Artichoke Support - Peet <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, September 27, 2023 4:29 PM To: Heather Stockton <[email protected]> Subject: Re: Quick Q re: Google Analytics (message id: 73289614)
